What is refurbished and what is pre-owned?
We offer both pre-owned and refurbished products in our online store. While a large majority of our products are pre-owned, having been tested and cleaned only, without any repairs or alterations, our refurbished Apple products complete a thorough process that includes full testing that meets the same functional standards as new Apple products. Our refurbished Apple products will always have genuine Apple replacement parts (as needed) that have been thoroughly cleaned, inspected and graded. Our devices (iPads, iPhones) are never refurbished or repaired, they are cleaned and tested only. All computers and devices will include genuine Apple charging accessories such as cables and AC adapters and will be installed with the latest available operating system from Apple unless otherwise requested.

| Good / Grade B | Micro scratches or a few small scratches on the display not visible while using the device. Minor de-lamination may also be present, also not visible while using the device. Micro scratches, minor chips or markings on the body, not including the wear on the bottom cover of laptops. |
| Fair / Grade C | Medium scratches and/or moderate wear on the display that may be visible while using the device. Obvious signs of use on the casing including scratches, chips, minor dings or dimples. |
| Rough / Grade D | Obvious scratches and signs of wear on the display including large areas of de-lamination and dented corners. Obvious wear on the body including large and or deep scratches, dents, nicks, etc. Check the description for functionality. |
