Thank you for visiting Home and Pro Studio .com. We hope you are well and not too overwhelmed at this difficult time.
Our current COVID-19 policies and procedures are as follows. We continue to practice and ask that our customers and vendors practice the CDC and the Illinois Department of Health, guidelines, and restrictions. We are meeting our local customers in agreed-upon public spaces, wearing a mask, and practicing social distancing. Alternatively, we can drop your purchase off at your home if you reside in McHenry County. We are also offering free shipping on most products.
We thoroughly test and clean each product at least once. We use 90% isopropyl alcohol to disinfect each computer, device, or accessory. Items are usually wiped down before being photographed and then again before being prepared for shipment. We use compressed air and brushes to clean computers internally. Other than that, we must keep on keeping on with empathy, being mindful of the many situations people are facing in this season.
